CDS Inspects Dambai Military Base Project
The Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS), Lieutenant General William Agyapong, has inspected the ongoing Dambai military base project to assess the progress of work.
The inspection was conducted on Friday, August 7, 2026, as part of efforts by the Ghana Armed Forces leadership to monitor the development of infrastructure intended to support military operations.
Lt. Gen. Agyapong toured the project site and assessed the level of work being undertaken on the facility.
The inspection was to provide the military leadership with an update on the project's progress and help identify any issues that may require attention to ensure its timely completion.
The Dambai military base is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen military infrastructure and improve the operational capacity of the Ghana Armed Forces.
