NDC Sets September 24 Deadline For Online Filing Of Nomination
The National Democratic Congress (NDC), through its National Election Directorate and IT, led by Mahdi Gibril has outlined a step-by-step process for prospective candidates seeking to purchase and file their nomination forms online seamlessly.
Under the direct-purchase option, aspirants are required to visit the party’s designated online portal, forms.ghanandc.com, and select the “Buy Nomination Form” option to begin the process.
Applicants will then be required to provide details including their current voter identification card number and party membership information before proceeding to make payment.
Payment for the nomination form can be made through mobile money (MoMo) networks, after which applicants will receive a six-digit access code.
The NDC has advised aspirants to keep the access code safe, as it will be required together with the voter ID number to log into the system and access the nomination form.
Once logged in, applicants can begin completing their forms and are allowed to save their progress and return later to continue the process.
The party has set Thursday, September 24, 2026, as the deadline for online filing, payment and submission of nomination forms.
As part of the process, aspirants are also required to download and print Form B, the Endorsement Form, from the homepage of the portal for the necessary endorsements.
The National Election Directorate has cautioned applicants to carefully verify all information before making payment, noting that certain details cannot be changed once payment has been completed.
These include the voter ID card number, party membership number and mobile phone number.
The NDC has therefore urged all prospective candidates to ensure that the information provided is accurate and up to date before completing the payment stage.
