GCB Bank Warn Customers Of Temporary Disruptions To Banking Services
GCB Bank has announced temporary disruptions to some of its banking services at selected branches and on the GCB Mobile App.
In a notice to customers, the bank attributed the interruption to unexpected challenges and said its technical teams were working to restore full services as quickly as possible.
GCB said customers would be kept informed as efforts to resolve the challenges continued.
The bank urged customers requiring assistance to contact its Customer Experience team on 0302 634 922, the toll-free line 0800 422 422, or WhatsApp on 0202 422 422.
GCB apologised to customers for the inconvenience caused by the service disruptions and thanked them for their patience and understanding.
The bank reiterated its commitment to restoring normal operations and ensuring that customers continue to have access to its banking services.
