Agogo Police On Manhunt For Okada Rider Who Allegedly Raped SHS Student
The police in Agogo district of the Ashanti Region are reportedly on a manhunt for an Okada rider accused of allegedly raping a Senior High School (SHS) student.
The incident is said to have occurred in a bush near Agogo at about 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 2, 2026.
According to reports, the suspect allegedly assaulted the student before fleeing the area.
The police have since commenced efforts to identify and arrest the rider to assist with investigations.
The identity of the victim has been withheld due to the sensitive nature of the allegation.
