Ghana's High Commissioner To UK Meets GoldBod CEO Sammy Gyamfi
Ghana’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Sabah Zita Benson, has paid a courtesy call on the Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Gold Board (GoldBod), Sammy Gyamfi.
The visit focused on strengthening collaboration between the Ghana High Commission in the UK and GoldBod to advance Ghana’s interests, particularly in the gold sector.
During the engagement, the two officials exchanged views on areas of mutual interest and explored opportunities for closer cooperation between their respective institutions.
The meeting also highlighted the potential role of Ghana’s diplomatic mission in the UK in supporting efforts to promote the country’s gold industry and attract greater international engagement with the sector.
Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to working together to promote Ghana’s gold sector and deepen economic and institutional ties between Ghana and the United Kingdom.
